Anchored by a high-volume Presidente Supermarket, a strong regional grocer with over 40 locations, the center caters very well to its surrounding residents. Other tenants include Florida Department of Motor Vehicles, Family Dollar, Subway, Cool J’s, and MetroPCS.
2) Town and Country Plaza – Miami, FL

Located on the SWC of 152nd Street and 137th Avenue, Town & Country Plaza sits at the busiest intersection of the SW Kendall trade area. The center enjoys a stable tenant mix, bolstered by the strong sales of its anchors – Sedano’s Supermarkets and Navarro Discount Pharmacies, a subsidiary of CVS – and other strong retailers such as Goodwill and Advance Auto Parts.

Westlake Plaza is a 43,781 SF retail shopping center located on one of Miami’s major East West corridors. Built in 1959, the property has 377 feet of frontage on the North side of Bird Road (40th street) and 109th avenue.
Westlake Plaza’s tenants include Festival Supermarket, Tuma True Value Hardware, Estrella Insurance, and a mix of service tenants such as pharmacy, veterinary office, and security office. The well merchandised Festival Supermarket (formerly Presidente Supermarket), caters to the +90% Hispanic population.
5) Naranja Plaza – Naranja, FL

Naranja Plaza is a 1980 built, strip retail center located along South Dixie Highway / US-1 in southern Miami-Dade County. The 51,246 SF center is anchored by Dollar General, and has a tenured tenancy, most of which have occupied the center for over 15-years. The center sits on 4.09 Acres and has 742 linear feet of frontage along South Dixie Highway.

The shopping center is surrounded by a dense population and high daytime traffic. Directly across the street is multi-tenant office campus Plantation Pointe, comprised of 900,000 SF of office space, with another 160,000 SF under development. The campus is home to +/-3,300 employees of companies including Envision Healthcare, Motorola Solutions and technology firm Magic Leap
