Plantation Square is located on the Southwest corner of W. Sunrise Blvd and N. University Dr. Tenants include: The Vitamin Shoppe, Japan Inn, Denny’s and more.
The shopping center is surrounded by a dense population and high daytime traffic. Directly across the street is multi-tenant office campus Plantation Pointe, comprised of 900,000 SF of office space, with another 160,000 SF under development. The campus is home to +/-3,300 employees of companies including Envision Healthcare, Motorola Solutions and technology firm Magic Leap
6) Westlake Plaza – Miami, FL
