In his current role, Emmanuel is responsible for all construction and development projects, and for oversight of the steps necessary to proactively manage and close out each construction project from inception to completion.
Construction projects at MMG include retail shopping center remodels, tenant improvements for new spaces to be leased, and ground up developments. He manages all aspects of project management including planning, design, construction, and closeout as well as value engineering efforts acting as a financial steward for the organization.
Before joining MMG, Emmanuel enforced operations process and oversight of new construction, additions and remodeling projects in the hospitality, commercial and residential real estate development industries for Prime Group US as the area project manager for South Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. He helped closeout among 50 units including hotel and office rooms, apartment buildings, single family homes, affordable housing, commercial buildings and land developments. Prior to that, he contributed to planning and closeout over among 140 projects in the same markets for CBRE, PDG, Cuesta and G&D Developers.
He holds a master’s degree in construction management, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a certification in project management foundations. He is passionate about life, sciences, architecture & urbanism. He is married with three children.
