In his current role at MMG, Josh serves as a Development and Acquisitions Associate. He is responsible for identifying and assessing potential development opportunities and acquisitions, as well as ensuring successful execution of our projects from inception to completion.
Before joining MMG, Josh served as a Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty in New Jersey, specializing in residential transactions. Prior to that, he was an active member of the United States Coast Guard specially trained in Maritime Law Enforcement.
Josh completed his Real Estate MBA at the University of Miami. He also received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, Summa Cum Laude, in Urban Planning & Design.
