Marcos leads MMG’s acquisition and development efforts including all aspects of the deal cycle, from sourcing to execution, including capitalizing, leasing, development, asset management and sale or recapitalization. During his tenure at MMG, he has led the efforts on acquisitions requiring a total capitalization of over $200 million and has participated in another $80 million of passive joint ventures.
Prior to MMG, Marcos held the role of Vice President at Colliers International of South Florida with the Retail Capital Markets group where he was focused on investment sales. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in the Net Leased Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap. In his prior roles, he arranged over $200 million in sales of properties throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.
Marcos holds an MBA concentrated in Real Estate from the University of Miami, and a Bachelors of Business Administration concentrated in finance from Florida International University; he was born and raised in South Florida.
